How our pricing works
Every service is priced for the time and expertise involved — not as a subscription or software licence. Below are starting rates; exact quotes depend on scope, group size, and turnaround requirements.

Rush delivery (3 working days) adds 40% to written brief prices.
Discounts
- Students and charities: 15% off sessions on presentation of valid ID or registration number
- Repeat bookings: 10% off your third session within 12 months
- Bundle: Book a terminology session and a written brief together and receive £30 off the combined total
What affects your quote
Several factors can adjust the final price:
- Material volume — sessions covering more than 15 pages of source material may need an extended slot
- Group size — workshops above six participants require a private booking quote
- Specialist topics — highly technical DeFi or governance vocabulary may need additional research time
- Language — sessions conducted in languages other than English are quoted individually
Payment
We invoice after booking confirmation. Payment is due before the session or at the point of written brief approval. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. All prices include UK VAT where applicable.
